Cancellation Policy
📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens! Please review our policy before booking: ✅ Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event You’ll receive a 100% refund — no questions asked! ⚠️ Cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 hour before the event A $10 cancellation fee will apply. The rest of your payment will be refunded. 🚫 No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the event Unfortunately, no refund will be given. However, all but $10.00 of your original payment may be applied as credit toward a future class. 🛠️ How to Cancel: Cancel directly through your online booking Message us on Facebook at The Rabbit Hole Knoll Call us at 616-834-3479 ⚠️ If We Cancel a Class In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class due to: Instructor illness or emergency Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances Low registration (minimum attendance not met) In these situations, you will receive a full refund or have the option to transfer your payment to a future class — whichever you prefer.
